By using Low Low AI you agree to the terms below. We've kept them deliberately short. If something matters and isn't here, see Privacy or Acceptable Use.

You agree that Low Low AI provides access to underlying AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Perplexity) for a recurring subscription fee, and that the responses generated by those AIs are not authoritative — they should be verified anywhere accuracy matters.

• •Smart Match is a recommendation, not a guarantee. When you use Smart Match, we select an AI we consider a strong starting point for your request and show you the selection and the reason. No selection system can guarantee the best possible answer for every question, and you can change the AI at any time.
• •Provider fallback. If a selected AI is temporarily unavailable, we may route your request to the next compatible provider. When a fallback occurs it is identified — the response shows which AI answered.
• •Models change. The specific models and model versions available through the service may change over time as providers update, replace, or retire them.

• •One plan. LowLowAI Monthly ($29/month) with a 7-day free trial that requires a card. One free trial per email. Cancelling during the trial is immediate and you are not charged. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we do not refund partial months.
• •Included allowances. Each billing cycle includes 50 chAIn handoffs (a chAIn carries a conversation from one AI to another) and 25 Compare questions (Compare sends the same question to multiple AIs at once), resetting on your billing anniversary. You can buy more as chAIn packs (4 for $9.99 or 12 for $19.99); pack chAIns carry over and do not expire.
• •Price changes. Our prices may change over time. If we change the price of your plan, we'll give you reasonable notice beforehand; the new price then applies from your next billing cycle, and you can cancel before it takes effect if you don't want to continue at the new price.
• •Fair use & daily limits. The current daily limit is up to 100 messages a day, across all five AIs combined. A daily and monthly cost ceiling also acts as a backstop against runaway or automated use. These comfortably cover normal use for nearly everyone; we'll always reach out before restricting an account. Limits are current and may change with notice. Automated abuse, resale, or sharing of access may be rate-limited or suspended.
• •Referral credits. When you refer a friend, both you and the friend receive a $10 credit after the friend's first paid month. Credits apply only to future LowLowAI subscription charges, have no cash value, are void for self-referrals, shared payment methods, or fraud, and may expire as described in the referral terms.

• •Access to the models listed at lowlowai.com for the duration of your paid subscription.
• •The privacy commitments on the Privacy page.
• •Reasonable notice before any change to pricing, plans, or core functionality.
• •The right to cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

• •Honest payment of your subscription. Chargebacks without contact will result in account termination.
• •Compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and the underlying providers' terms.
• •Sole responsibility for the content you generate using the service.
• •Reasonable suspicion-of-compromise reporting if you think your account is being abused.

Low Low AI is provided "as is." The AI models we route to can generate inaccurate, offensive, or harmful content. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI outputs, damages arising from provider outages, or third-party content posted via the platform.

Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow this kind of cap — in which case the cap is the minimum permitted by law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll email everyone with an active subscription at least 14 days before the change takes effect, with a one-line summary of what changed. If you don't agree, cancel before the change date — no questions asked.

Low Low AI is operated by RH Private Capital. References to "we," "us," and "Low Low AI" in these terms mean that entity. For legal or privacy notices, contact legal@lowlowai.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware. Nothing here waives your rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
