We built Low Low AI on a single rule: what you type stays yours. Below is exactly what we collect, what we never collect, and how to ask us to delete the lot if you want to walk away.

• •Your queries and the assistant's responses, so the conversation can persist across sessions.
• •Usage patterns — which model you used, when, how often — for billing and product analytics.
• •Billing info — your name, email, and the last four digits of your card. Full card details live with Stripe, never with us.

Low Low AI is a gateway to other companies' AI models. When you send a message, its full text — along with any document or image you attach and the relevant earlier turns of that conversation — is transmitted to the AI provider you selected (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or Perplexity) so it can generate the response. We don't add you to any provider's training data: model-training opt-out is enabled by default on every provider account we operate. Each provider processes your request under its own privacy and retention terms.

• •Your conversations for training AI models. Not ours, not the underlying providers' — model training opt-out is on by default on every provider account we operate.
• •Your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Those live exclusively with Stripe.
• •Your conversations for sale to third parties. Selling data is not part of the business model and never will be.

From your account settings you can download a full export of your data (profile, conversations, and purchase history) and delete your account yourself at any time — deletion cancels your subscription and permanently removes your data after a 30-day grace period.

Prefer we handle it? Email privacy@lowlowai.com and we will delete every record we hold about you within seven days. Confirmation comes back when it's done. No questions asked, no "reasons" required.

We comply with GDPR. Today, all data is hosted in US West (Oregon). EU data residency is on the roadmap. If your organisation requires EU residency before launch, get in touch and we'll prioritise accordingly.
