No refunds. Cancel anytime.

Plain English: you get 7 free days to try Low Low AI, you can cancel anytime from your account, and we don't issue refunds for partial months. The full version is below.

THE 7-DAY FREE TRIAL

Every new All Access ($29/month) and Pro ($99/month) subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We don't charge your card during the trial. You can cancel anytime in those 7 days and pay nothing.

On day 8 your card is charged the monthly rate. After that the subscription auto-renews on the same day each month until you cancel.

CANCELING
  • Go to your account settings and click Cancel subscription. Takes under a minute.
  • You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
  • After that period ends your subscription stops, your card is not charged again, and your data is retained for 30 days in case you come back.
NO REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL MONTHS

We don't refund a partial billing month. If you cancel on day 12 of a 30-day cycle, you keep access for the remaining 18 days; we don't pro-rate the charge or send a refund. This keeps pricing simple — the $29 / $99 you see is what you pay, and there's no math at the end of every cancellation.

The 7-day trial exists so you can test the product before you ever pay. Use it.

chAIn PACKS

Purchased chAIn packs ($9.99 for 4, $19.99 for 12) are non-refundable once delivered. They don't expire — unused chAIns carry forward month to month while your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining purchased chAIns expire with the account at the end of the 30-day retention window.

EXCEPTIONS WE DO MAKE

We'll review a refund if:

  • The service was unavailable for an extended period and we didn't credit your account proactively.
  • You were charged after canceling because of a billing system error on our end.
  • An unauthorized charge appeared on your card and you contacted us before disputing it with the bank.

CHARGEBACKS

If you have a billing issue, email us first. We respond within one business day and almost everything can be resolved that way. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in account termination — see Terms.
